I was not satisfied with my Pandora experience because I was given attitudes and it seemed like no one wanted to help me. I went in the get another size in the ring i bought at another location and unfortunately they didn’t have the ring nor did they measure my ring size again to make sure I was getting the right one. Also everyone at the counter had a attitude with me and just staring at me like i was strange.

The sales associates where not very friendly at all!!!! When asked questions, they seemed very annoyed!!!! Not all the associates just the ones they I experienced yesterday!!!

Jamie Slsprsn was who assisted me that day and honestly was so rude. Didn’t really respond when asking questions. Was rude when asking me to stand on other side of the walk way outside cause I was blocking the torrid store which I in fact was not. Wasn’t pleasant to talk to when inside of store was was not knowledgeable of the rings when I asked about them.

Asked for a specific charm and was told they already completed inventory and could not touch that side of their cabinets. The employee said they would have to speak with a manager but just picked out something else instead and asked if I was okay with it. I don’t understand how hard it would be to adjust one charm out of their inventory.

I was that I was able to replace my charms within a year of purchasing them and mine was fading so I placed a order to let me know when my replacement was in and the sales associate had a nerve to tell me that I couldn’t exchange since it was pass 30 days and didn’t even ask me anything about until I told her that they had called me and left me a voicemail that’s when she decided to change her attitude I wanted to replace another one but just didn’t want to deal with the same associate so I left.

i walked into the store and the women looked at me up and down. then i told her about what i was looking for and she gave me a stare and said you look like someone who wants something cheap. i couldn’t believe it at first so i thought it was a joke. she gave a booklet to look through and i picked one out. she had to go through everything just to find that necklace. there was a mess in the store.

I went into the store based on an email promotion that I had received that morning. I spent well over the required amount and then they tell me they don’t have the free charm being offered in the store. I asked to have my bracelet and charms cleaned for safety purposes and they did not clean it. They only polished it. (I’m sure a cleaning takes longer than 2-3 min) then the associate just hands me the bracelet and charms with no bag or packaging after I specifically told her I did not want to wear my purchase out of the store. There were employees in the back room of the store being loud and unprofessional while only one rep was on the floor to assist customers. There was also a line outside the door. I felt rushed making my purchase. It was not a pleasant experience. I did not feel valued as a customer and cleaning the items should have been mandatory due to the number of touches those items get from various customers and employees. I will not be returning.

My husband bought me a similar gift and the associate said I couldnt return the item and that i had to exchange it instead of returning it

Upon entering the store I was not greeted. Neither associate asked if they could help me. I had to ask the questions myself.

I returned a bracelet because it was small and the one I received is even smaller and I didn’t realize it until the following day, so she gave me one even smaller
