My daughter, granddaughters and I were in the shop at Town Lake. Something came up about my granddaughters earrings so they offered to clean them we walked in with rose gold earrings and after cleaning they were no longer rose gold, they were gold. Lindsey the manager was very rude and the look she gave was very condescending. I had just bought a bracelet and charm that was over $320. I had them I’m my car, I went and got them to return them. I told Lindsey that if the store did not guarantee and stand behind their product like my granddaughter’s earrings, I did not want the bracelet and that I would let everyone know Pandora does not stand behind their product.

The manager AManda was very rude and made me feel as if I was a bother. I was returning one charm and wanted to purchase two more bracelets. I refused to purchase anything after how I was treated

I went in to shop specifically for the new winter charms. I am a frequent shopper at this store, and usually there is a tray with only the new charms for easy identification. The associate brought out a tray with **all** the winter charms and told me that there was no such thing as a tray with only the new charms. I told her there had been in the past, and she told me I was mistaken because this was they way they were told to display them. Since I have 15 different Pandora bracelets, I did not want to duplicate charms I already have, and I wanted specifically to see the new merchandise. I asked her to show me the rose charms and purchased the two of those that I knew were new, then left the store. I was very disappointed as I had intended on completing my bracelet for this year during this visit. The store probably lost an additional $500 in sales when I left.
