The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. Chynna T, my sales person, was helpful in assisting me in my selection and in repositioning my charms to achieve a balanced look. She offered to clean my bracelet.

Was walking by the store w/ my 11yr old daughter & said you know what, let's go in here. On a whim, I wanted to buy us matching Mother/Daughter rings. I'm going thru reoccuring cancer & this is something special I thought we could have. Walked in, told the sales person, she asked our sizes, showed us the collections available, we picked out what we wanted , bought them, in and out probably in less than 10 minutes! Don't remember the sales person's name but she was super sweet. This was at the Town Center Mall location in Kennesaw, GA. We were the only customers in the store. It was close to closing time but she was helpful.

I loved the great customer service. I also, liked the new promotions and was told. I got my free gift. I'd like to continue being a customer but, one thing I'd like to suggest is if they had different letter charms.

The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by multiple friendly Pandora assossciates. They immediatly were willing to help me find a exactly what I wanted. I was in search of a new ring since my old Pandora ring had broken. They gave me a wide variety of multiple rings and let me try on multiple rings until I found the one I wanted. They never complained once that I wanted to try on so many different rings. They also complimented my outfit and nails multiple times which always makes a girl feel good. I loved this shopping experience. The girls who work at Town Centere Mall in GA are all very wonderful. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking to shop at a Pandora.

Tiana gave us the best service a person could give. Very attentive and took care of our needs. We have shop many pandora locations but was never given the service that Tiana gave. We will come back to this location looking for Tiana.
