I was greeted at the door in which the associate said I can enter. There were only 2 associates so I waited. More people entered the store and the associate was very nice and asked who was next. That was very important.

I was offered help as soon as I walked into the store even though there were other customers there shopping. The lady that helped me was personable and very knowledgeable. She brought out several things that might have worked for what I wanted until we found just the right piece. She also was patient as I decided how I wanted the engraving done! And I really appreciated the Covid precautions that were in place.

I came in looking for charms to complete a bracelet with rose gold and sterling silver hearts that my son's began for me years ago. I was able to find new heart charms to purchased for my birthday gift from them on yesterday. There were new and beautiful charms with great inscriptions.

The 2 workers that were there helping my family and I were AMAZING. They were helpful, kind, and fast! They were fun to talk to and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience!!
