The product is great but I don’t like that you have to stand in line for a product that you have already purchased online. It was a waste of my 30 minutes and I hope someone can fix this.

I love the jewelry because it's distinct so it makes it fun to go in to the store. While in the store, the staff wears their own Pandora jewelry. This gives me ideas on what I want because they are modeling the items.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. She tried on the rings so I could see how they would look on a hand. She made my very first visit awesome.

I enjoyed the store much easier then shopping online however could've been a better selection. A lot of stuff was in the back hard to get what you really want.
