Even though the item that I went for was no longer being sold, I was helped with finding something else to love and purchase. The helpful saleswoman didn’t pressure me, or make me feel like there was nothing she could do, but instead listen to me and what I might have been interested in and I was sold to her suggestions, which helped me make another purchase.

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and patient. She showed me multiple pieces without making me feel like I was wasting her time. I was very satisfied with my purchases, I ended up getting a bracelet and two rings for myself.
