The sales associate remembered me from the last time I was in the store, months ago and she was a lot of help m, both times!

Ashley was very helpful as soon as I entered the store. She listened to what I was asking for and ultimately picked out the charm that I got this particular day. Kudos to her!!

I was welcomed into the store right away. An associate asked if she could help me find something. She asked if I was shopping for a special occasion. I explained I was shoping for my daughters birthday. She helped me find the perfect ring and looked up my daughters account so we could choose the correct size. She made my shopping experience a smooth and plesant experience. I am always pleased with the customer service I received at my Pandora store. We will definately be back to make more purchases soon. I had a problem with one charms in my bracelet, that they took care right away. I forgot the receipt from the transaction, even know they took care of my case and replace my charm t.

This was my very first purchase and very first time in Pandora. I was walking by the window and saw a pair of earrings that caught my eye. I walked in and told a very nice woman I saw a pair of circle earrings in the front window and she took me right to them. I loved them even more closer up and bought them. It took me less than five minutes including adding all my information in the system! Very happy with the entire purchase and experience in the store. Bag was beautiful as well!
