My wife loves Pandora. So I was shopping for a Mother's Day gift. Keondra was outstanding with her customer service. She was very courteous and personable. While I was there, she had to deal with another customer with a screaming toddler. In a small setting, the screaming of the tantrum can be quite loud. Keondra took the time during the transaction to try to calm the baby. It worked! Keondra noted my military discount and thanked me for my service. Great job!!!
