Service was great

The waiting in line for over 20 min at the Cumberland Mall location was extremely long to pick up an online order. There should be a different pick up process for pick ups versus someone going in the store to purchase. The line had a long wait outside of the store. But once I was greeted by an associate to come in and the process and ease after to pick up my order was phenomenal! She was very friendly and kind.

The customer service at the Town Center location is always exceptional. I will continue to purchase from this store. They are very responsive and helpful when it comes to making a purchase whether it is providing answer over the phone or in store.
