Very very nice

I was at Lenox mall and waited in line an hour because there was no one at the door I could ask a question about a charm. Once inside Lenox mall store the associated was very helpful called the other location about the Georgia Peach charm and wrote down the address. Once there the associate ask was I the one called about the charm and I said yes.

The sales associate made a recommendation that helped me complete a bracelet I’d been working on. She provided several options as well, although her initial option was the one I chose. While this has nothing to do with this visit, I do wish Pandora would provide more rose gold choices in the travel and animal categories. I’m working on bracelets in both those categories and—while I’ve mixed the rose gold with silver—I’d like to be able to have more rose gold.

I went in and the lovely associate saw that my bracelet was tarnishing a bit and she cleaned my bracelet for me. Not only did she do that but, I saw a charm that I really wanted online and I couldn’t find it and she had it in store and also gave me clasps on the end of my bracelet! It was a wonderful experience.

My sales associate went above and beyond to assist me and it was right at closing time. I really appreciate her kindness and patients.
