Ashley was very helpful. I visited because i needed to exchange a bracelet due to size. It was a bracelet I had purchased online during Pandora’s black friday sale so there was a balance. But Ashley voided the difference and took care of me no questions asked. Very satisfied with that customer first and ease for the customer mentality.

My sales associate was friendly and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to show me other charms to add on to my purchase.

Upon arrival at this store, we experienced minimal wait outside the store. We did have the opportunity to view some prearranged sets with prices outside the store. Once entering, there were not any obstructions to keep anyone from visually being able to view your products, we were pleasantly greeted upon our entrance and all of the employees were stylishly dressed but not over exposed.

The customer service was outstanding. The salesperson who waited on my Keondra P #202127 was courteous, friendly and professional. She was really a sweet young lady.

The sale rep was very nice, informative and helpful.
