The Pandora employee was very nice. She gave suggestions, and showed a few other pieces my daughter may like . She was very patient and has a great personality . I did not feel rushed despite a line outside to get in . She did a very great job. Thank you so much for great service

High quality product, helpful staff that stands behind it. I wish retired pieces could still be obtained at the stores instead of having to hunt them down. I appreciate the advise in designing a beautiful piece, and sizing.

I was highly satisfied because I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the store, the sales associate got to me as quickly as possible, she was very knowledgeable about the products I was interested in and actually helped me make a decision about what charm to select for my daughter. The sales associate was very professional and kind. This was a great experience and I will definitely be going back soon to purchase more charms for my daughter’s birthday.

I thought the quality was better, most sterling silver you can keep on: however this is not the case
