Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Pandora. The employee who assisted me was excited about the product and very knowledgable! She helped me find the perfect promise ring I was searching for!

I know it was not the holiday season but we were the only ones in the store and the process extremely fast and plus we knew what we wanted done and the staff was very helpful.

My husband and I shopped early to get me for charms for my bracelet for Valentine's Day

I walked in the store and was immediately helped. When the sales associate asked me what I wanted she immediately directed me to the right case and pulled out the charms I was looking for. She even added me to the waiting list to be notified of when the charms that weren’t available would come in.
