While looking through the catalogue I found a pendent that I really wanted to put on the necklace I got for my girlfriend. Pointing it out I told the associate that I wanted to see that one. She told me that they do not have it. When I expressed my sadness about the lack of stock she then told me she will check the back stock for it. Out of the grace of God she said we have it, and its the last one. So I left the store beyond satisfied with the willingness to go the extra mile to make a customer happy.

A hound lady greeted me as the line was outside the store, she knew everything about the store and tried to keep the flow going

Sales associate Skylar was very friendly and assisted me in finding the perfect photography themed charmed for my loved one.

This was a gift request. Went into the location @ Town Center Mall and the young lady that assisted me was exceptional and patient as this was my first venture into the Pandora world. I’m sure this won’t be my last visit!

Salesperson was very helpful. We were waited on as soon as we walked in. She assured us bracelet could be returned if not correct fit for person we bought it for as a Christmas gift.

I had no prior experience with Pandora and I made a bracelet online for my son’s teacher. It didn’t quite look right and I wished I had a few more things so I went into the store. The manager, Victoria, helped me balance out the bracelet and made excellent suggestions. She was very knowledgeable and knew just what to do to make it perfect!
