Identify online and saw the items I wanted were in limited stock. Called the store to verify, they pulled the items for me and I was on my way in. The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. The necklace I originally wanted was a little too short and tight for my neck. She pulled another similar necklace that fit perfectly and I absolutely love it. This purchase is for an upcoming family wedding-she went above and beyond to see that I was happy with my purchase. This is a great store!

My experience was very good because I did not feel hurried or rushed, the staff is very knowledgeable and gives you a lot of attention no matter how long it takes to find what you're looking for. Town Center store is relatively small but laid out well staff is super friendly

I went in to have a bracelet cleaned. She used an ionizer which did not change the look of my bracelet. I hope the tumblers are available, they do remarkably well in cleaning

The sales person Lindsey recognized me immediately. The store was not too busy at the time and I was able to have her immediate service. I was looking primarily for charms for four of my many bracelets. The selection was very good and with her expertise we were able to navigate thru the many charms available and helped me design by bracelets.
