Nini T was my sales person. As soon as I walked in the store she greeted me. She also made sure I had a variety of rings to look at as well as suggestion on what rings were stackable. Loved how kind and patience she was.

The sales rep was very nice and helpful. One charm we wanted was not available but was on order so she took our name and number and will call us when it comes available at the store.

I had called this store in advance to see if they carried the charm that I was looking for. The clerk I spoke with on the phone was very helpful locating the charm for me. I asked if she could hold it and I would be in the next day to purchase. She was very accommodating and said that she would. The clerk that I worked with upon my visit was very pleasant and courteous.
