I walked in, was greeted, was he asked if I need any help. The young lady got me exactly what I needed in a very short time.

The associate was a gem! She went out of her way to help me find a special necklace and charm for an upcoming party. The sales associates at the Kennesaw location were friendly and knew their brand.

I visited the TownCenter/Cobb location and the store was spotless, the associate, Cameron, was personable and made my exchange a breeze! He showed me different items when I showed interest in some earrings...I even ended up buying a pair for myself.

Kimani was so knowledgeable and polite. I only stopped by the store to get a larger bracelet but after I asked a question she took it from their and provided me with so much details which I purchased more than expected. I'll be back for at least 3 more charms thanks to her assistant.

I was able to purchase the items I had planned to. Also, the associate willingly showed me what several of the charms would look like on a round charm holder (necklace) I had at home and that assured me my selections would lie correctly.
