This was my first time shopping Pandora. I purchased a charm for my son's girlfriend as a Christmas present. The store was crowded; yet, I was greeted warmly. The sales associates remembered who was next in line even though another customer tried to jump ahead. The sales associate handled the situation well. I didn't see the specific charm in the store so I pulled a picture up on my phone. The sales associate emphatically stated, "Yes, we have that." She located it with ease and the closing transaction was easy.

Savannah was amazing!! I came into the store knowing exactly what I wanted and she was able to enhance my experience by adding a personal touch to it. I purchased the crossing paths ring and advised her that I would be matching this purchase with previous one a week ago. She then suggested I put the radiant teardrop in between the two rings. This was the best suggestion!! I loved the idea and my wife melted when she saw it. Thank you Savannah!!!
