Megan answered the phone she was very polite on the phone she gave me directions to the store and best way to get there I was from out of town very nice

The Town Center Pandora has some of the most friendly and welcoming employees I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They always smile and welcome each customer as they arrive. Each time I have made a purchase the staff has been helpful with suggestions and options to make my bracelet custom for me.

The sales staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I ask to be notified when a particular bracelet came back in stock and was called within a week. They held the bracelet until I could get back to the mall.

The staff is always very helpful. I work in the mall as well and sonetimes run up on my break, I let them know what I need. They hold it until I return when I get off.

I was able to exchange the item I purchased - a safety chain - for another quickly and easily with no hassle. There was nothing wrong with the original one, it just wouldn't work with my bracelet. The salesperson was very understanding and helpful.

I love the promotion buy two rings/earrings get one free! When I entered the store it was busy, but Shalese came right over and greeted me. She took the time to show me everything I wanted to see. She was very patient with me and never once left me to do anything else. Very impressed with her.
