The sales associate I worked with, Nini T, was phenomenal! I had a list of charms I wanted to look at as I was receiving a Pandora bracelet as a gift, and she not only took the time to pull out every single one of them, but she also showed me charms similar to the ones I was interested in. She is extremely personable, knowledgeable about the product, and customer oriented, and she made my shopping experience ideal. She worked with me one-on-one to create the perfect Pandora bracelet, and I will continuously cherish it and the fact that she made the experience so wonderful.

The sales associates were very helpful and accommodating in me exchanging defective merchandise. My leather bracelet I got for Mother's Day broke and the leather strap detached from the clasp. I exchanged it for another one just like it, and that one broke in the same place. I went back again and exchanged it for a totally different model/clasp since both the ones I had broke in the same place.
