I went to buy a gift, at first I had a choice but it was unavailable but the lady that was helping me gave me another option and I ended up buying that one. She was proactive to show me another one that I liked so it was a 10/10 service. She was also very friendly.

When I first walked into the store, the lady that helped (now I wish I had gotten her name) was not helpful at all and told us there was only 1 option for a silver chain. She was not helpful at all. We left and came back about 20 minutes, Alex helped us. He was awesome! He showed us that there was actually more than 1 silver chain and had me try a few on. He was great and I am so grateful for his help!
