I went to the location in PBG in Florida and the original ring I wanted was out of stock. I was greeted immediately by a lady (I forgot her name :( but she has a Spider-Man charm and told me about snowball boulders lol) she helped me with choosing another set of promise rings and had a great conversation with her and felt certain about my purchase. Couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep to help me she was AWESOME.

I was on my lunch break and the attendant was very gracious and helpful, Jordan E she knew what I was looking for when I explain to her the bracelet I saw on-line and the charm with the colors and I was able to buy my items and get back to work.

The sales associate by the name of Jaylee was very helpful. As well as very friendly and patient she took care of all of my needs and was sure that I was pleased with everything I selected. Excellent customer she made my shopping experience highly satisfied.
