I had a nice overall experience. My sale person was friendly and very knowledgeable with helping assist me. I’ll be back next Saturday to purchase more items that was recommended by my salesperson.

Great customer service gardens mall pandora

I called to find out if an item was available in store before visiting the store. The sales associate Emily confirmed the item was available. As soon as I walked in Emily greeted me and assisted me with what I was expecting to buy. Emily also assisted me with making additional purchases for my birthday. Her customer service was amazing.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store by a smiling Kathleen. She listened patiently, very patiently, as I explained what I had in mind for a gift for my sister in law which was a long story. And this precious young Kathleen actually gave me a couple of ideas. I told her my daughter might join me to make a decision and that smart Kathleen suggested she take a photo of my wearing the bracelet with 2 charms. In case my daughter couldn’t come. I left the store went out to sit down, ( I’m past elderly) and texted my daughter who was taking the dog to the vet and couldn’t come but advised me to try Nordstrom. Which I did. No one like Kathleen there. Macy’k- o good. Back to Kathleen and made my purchase. Happily.
