This has been my best and most solid experience with Pandora. Lovencia’s attitude was so on point. I tend to be difficult with making choices, but she was patient enough and gave me options that related to the ocassion. It made all the difference. I came for one thing and got three. One was in a promotion yet i spent double what i want it but i dont regret it. In this store you can feel the teamwork to another level, in a good way. Also, Im a sales executive myself, and seen how manager Kitty know her “stuff”, at the end she made sure that we were satisfied, and was always attentive to every other teammate with so much calm,wow it was impressive. Overall an outstanding impression! This people wear the brand! Keep up the good work!

I went in looking for white charms. One of the sales associates took charms off of a display so that I could complete my purchases.
