The number one thing for me when I shop. When I walk into a store if I don’t get created at all . I don’t shop. But pandora always a pleasure. I never not had someone not great me with a smile and always very helpful and always making sure I’m happy with my purchase .

I had a delightful sales person she was very helpful and assisted me with making my new selection and replacement of a defective clip.

Shantell was friendly and knowledgeable.

I first went into PANDORA to have 2 charms put on my bracelet that I received for Christmas. Francesca was so helpful that I then decided to make a purchase because of her. Francesca was very knowledgeable of what was in stock. I will definitely go back to this store to have Francesca help me again.

The girl that helped me and my mom out was very kind and friendly. She had even insisted to help my mom organize her charms on her bracelet.
