The sales lady was great, the manager wasn't so much. I had a charm I brought less than a year ago. It was damaged, and thought I can get it replaced as the agreement states. She told me no it doesn't work like that.

I was so satisfied with how fast they attended me. The store was so clean and everyone was welcoming and nice. They showed me around the store and opened my options for so many things.
