I go to this Pandora store a lot! Its always a joy every time I come in. I've gone in for various reasons and have always received exceptional customer service! Even when items I want aren't available, I am always offered suitable alternatives.

It was very easy to return what i needed and get the right size. I bought it at the aventura location and easily exchanged it at the hialeah location
