The store change from my last visit and this time was gorgeous, the associates are super friendly and they definitely know their product, the music was great for shopping and Sondra the manager was the best

Customer service was amazing and fast. I was in out of the store i was only in the store for about 5 minutes. Had exactly what i was looking for

Every time I go to any store everyone is very helpful. If I can’t decide they will always help. Very nice workers. And there uniform are always excellent groomed. If I could I would go to buy a charm or anything else every month is wish. But when I do it great. Thanks pandora. Always 😀

The sales associate was very attentive, nice and informed about everything. Despite the bracelet I got being a little big, he did inform me that I could always exchange the size and that it's better for it to be big anyway because of the charms that will get added onto it. I came in for a ring I saw on Facebook but they didn't have the size or color I wanted. The sales associate still have me options including the option to have it ordered. But I really didn't want to walk out empty handed. I was truly excited and pleased to not only have gotten my first Pandora bracelet but to have such a nice experience in doing so.

The friendliness of everyone was amazing. They make me feel very comfortable. The music playing was good AND the store was very clean.
