I have shopped at Pandora for many years. I had an issue with my bracelet and cleaned it with a generic silver cleaner that highly damage the bracelet. I decided to take it to the Aventura store location to see if they could salvage the bracelet. I left a bracelet and had it cleaned for five days the entire team was extremely helpful and professional with their customer service. Upon my last visit I again thank them for such a great service experience and purchased three charms. This is a store 0313 that I will recommend all my friends to your team is dynamic.

I am a big fan of Pandora and I have many pieces in my collection. I usually give as a present for my friends too.

I was highly satisfied as i walked out of the Pandora store to have left with not only a new bracelet but many new charms and clips with discounted prices. The staff was very patient and very helpful when assisting me. The quality and material of the jewelry is very nice and shiny and definitely worth the price, i will definitely be coming back for the new charms available in the fall/winter catalog.
