It is a nice store. Great branding and communication skills. People that work in the store are very nice (except one time in NYC the pandora on 5th she was not nice and made fun of us we had to speak with the manager) otherwise everything great

Amo las pulseras Pandora y sus dijes y todo y cuando llego a un país con Pandora lo primero que hago es comprar algo , y no es probable que regrese en los próximos 90 días ya que en mi país Argentina no hay Pandora, solo tengo acceso a Pandora cuando viajo al exterior

The 2nd agent that assisted me was great and highly efficient and friendly. My problem was the young man that first ask if he could assist, once I said I was there to exchange a bracelet due to size. He said, I will get someone to assist you. He went on to other people in the store. It was like, I am not going to buy so he wasn't going to waste his time. I did go on to purchase 5 charms. His loss but it was not a good start for me on the store.
