Came in to exchange a broken item.. ended up with the exchange plus a necklace and two rings!! Great sales lady !!

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experienced because I was greeted the moment I walked in by a store representative and I was directed to a nice lady who helped me with my purchase, and the whole process was pleasant and hassled free.

I was satisfied because the staff was friendly they exercised first come first serve which is correct and they were knowledgable of the product

I have not been a fan of PANDORA (for no apparent reason) for years. Then, this year, on my 27th Anniversary (02/22), I requested PANDORA and now I am hooked. I can’t wait until Mother’s Day because I sent out my wish list to my family.

Veronica J. was very kind she offered me 2 beautiful clips and a charm for my 2nd bracelet, she also offered me the Pandora preferred card. My overall visit was very satisfying!
