My sales person, was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

There were not enough items on sale or in stock. I also received my free gift. I was told it was a Christmas bell. I saw the customer standing next to me hold her free gift. I was told mine was the same . When I got home I had a intact box but no bell. I did not make it back to the store as yet. Other that that the sales lady was great.

I’m highly satisfied with pandora because they have great deals. They have a lot of stuff i can buy as a present. I loved the experience at pandora.

Was able to get something very customizable to the person

i came in around a busy time and there was a long line. the associate in training Gail helped me pick out my charms and bracelet before i got into the store and he also told me about the free bangle sale. he soon went inside and helped me out, he did a pretty good job for an associate in training.

They were helpful and let me exchange my broken bracelet without a problem. Norkaa was great and went out of her way to help me.

The sales associate went out of her way to help me. I kept changing my mind about what I wanted and she kept helping me with a smile. I did not feel pressured into buying anything and was allowed to look as long as I wanted.

I have been wearing pandora for years, and will continue to do so, I absolutely love it.
