I walked in depressed because I had lost my bracelet and a sales associate by the name of Stephany turned my frown upside down. She took her time to explain to me every product and even recommended that i get a safety chain for my bracelet so I wouldn't lose it again. She made this process very easy for me, and I would recommend anyone to go to her. I eventually walked out with a new bracelet and brand charms. Thank you Stephany, you are awesome girl! I am a happy girl again.
