The buying experience was fine. The store rep did not mention any promotions or bundles when buying multiple charms. I was there to purchase a couple of charms for a friend of mind. She did not packager the items in front of me so I did not see the presentation of the “gift wrap”. Until the time was opened by the gift recipient. I was very displeased with the wrapping and presentation. No boxes just a cardboard envelope. Not in line with what I remember from passed purchases. If it was more or extra money for special gift wrap then it should have been offered or at least mentioned. Very disappointed
