Overall the associates are rude and don’t talk to you with a nice tone I’ve talked to two associate and asked a question and the other associate had a attitude

I asked the associate if she had any sales, and she was very sarcastic. and said nooooo. my answer you guys are tough, and she said very but you all keep coming.

The issue was not with my sales gal, she was amazing, sweet, carrying, knowledgeable, quick, and very attentive. The problem was with her supervisor. She came up to where I was with the rep and cut our conversation off without asking permission or lowering the voice (so I the customer won’t hear) but she basically was telling my rep she didn’t do her job correctly I don’t know if it was with me or someone else but is was very rude on her part. Even while she was talking to the rep, she made eye contact with me and no even had the nerve to at least say hi or give us a moment or anything. I find her super rude and very unprofessional. Again, rep was amazing and keep up the awesome work!

I buy a security purse. The seller said me a price then the price was another. When arrive the charm kept loosen. Everything wrong.
