Sales associate was very nice and helpful . I didn’t wait outside in line long . I got what I needed and were satisfied with my purchase and overall experience.

They were very nice and very helpful in trying to please us as a customer. I enjoyed how the associate tried to show us options and possiblities with picking out charms. Overall it was a pleasent expirence.

The poor girls need new tablets that work! We were there trying to pay but you are using and old equipment that doesn’t work for the staff and they have to go thru a lot to be able to have a costumer paid. The tables froze and the. They have to reset the system. You can tell it’s uncomfortable. Please change the system for payment. It’s delaying also clients. (Aventura Mall Store)

I wasn’t highly satisfied with my experience because I feel like it could have been a little bigger, even though I loved their jewelry options.

There was a wait outside the store. I had to wait for about 20-25 minutes before I could get help. However, once I made it inside it was a great experience.

Seems to be kind of a rush to make a decision.Maybe due to a waiting line .
