I high a bad experience in Westland Pandora. My purchase was over $125 dollars and the sale assistance told I could have a bracelet for free put it had to be over 65 dollars and pay the difference if it was higher. So I ask for a bracelet of 60 dollars and she told me that the promo was over 65. So I went home without the free bracelet. The day after I enter the web and she the promotion so I went to Pandora at Aventura Mall and there the managers solve my problem giving me the free bracelet. So I am answering this survey considering my Westland experience.

I was content with my experience but I was not wowed. The sales associate was helpful but i was not able to utilize my Healthcare Nurse Promo code, the store manager claimed the code was not valid during the current promotion.

Waiting to get in took a bit long, the AC was not working to the fullest is was very hot in that store it made it uncomfortable ti shop, the salesperson was excellent very nice and helpful but she had to keep on looking up the price for everything. The prices were a bit too expensive

I was there to purchase the promotion of $125 for a free bracelet however I am a member of the armed forces and I was told that I was not able to utilize my military discount. I was unhappy with this because it’s unfair.
