The associate not friendly The associate not interested

The sales associate was not very friendly. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and was looking for her to give me suggestions but it felt like that annoyed her. Eventually we found something I really love but really without much help from her.

Today i went to the store to try to find a perfect shein with a some a charms that the girl showed me that i Just love it

Lots of waiting time. Prices different from website.

I am satisfied with the service I received. My service representative was knowledgeable and efficient. I went in, knowing what I wanted and spent approximately 12 minutes in the store. I reserved the "Highly Satisfied" rating for a time when I need assistance.

I went in for gold earrings and their was only 1 pair. So there were no options. Everything was silver or rose gold. I ended up getting a ring instead

The sales associate wasn't aware of the products in the store. Nor was he aware of the promotions. I had to make him aware of the products that were new to the store.

The lines outside the door was very long. Not enough staff available.
