Pandora should do better!

I think that it's ridiculous not to let customers walk around the store when everyone is wearing a mask and their is maximum number of customers allowed in the store. The sales girl was not particularly friendly and that's an important facet of customer attention. But this is not atypical of a store in Miami. In Broward where I live, all the sales girls are incredibly friendly and helpful.

The ring is a bit too big, didn't realize until i got home. Associate seemed nonchalant, and like she didn't wanna be there.

The corona virus makes the line very long and customers in the store already take a long time in there so I feel like customers are more likely to leave the line because of the waiting time . I feel like they need to make it faster and easier to shop or not wait .

Had to stand in line outside. The item size was not available. Unfortunately the item that ordered online was final sale thus could not exchange the size, which would have been nice option still even if final sale.

I purchased and item days before and the associate put the item on my bracelet, but did not see the item was missing until several days later. I mentioned it to the associate when i came back to replace the item. My daughter told me it should not have come off the bracelet, it was negligence on the associate part for not securing the charm and should not have had to purchase a new one.

You can do much much better , because I’ve been twice to clean my Jewerly and en haven’t been able to do so and then instead they were selling me a solution to clean it and I feel I deserve that service whenever I go to clean it on my time not on your time 😔
