There is always room for improvement. I went to get my jewelry cleaned but the service was not available at 100%. Although I totally understand why it was not available, I was dissappoinyed

They did a whole argument of my gift card, since it didn't have a code, but I won it on a car presentation, and thought it was fake. But lately I was right.

quality os some products are not recommendable

The sales associates were kind of rude with another client that was asking for assistance. I ask one of the sales person to hold a charm so I can take a picture to send to my sister. The manicure of the sales person was dirty.

The sales associate was not very friendly she didn’t pay attention to what I was asking her and only gave me receipt no box

I was satisfied but it could have been better in terms of price . Also I waited a while before I got help.

Because they wasn't really friendly, and to me it was just a ok customer service.
