The product I was looking to purchase, leather bracelet double loop in brown has been discontinued and they could not order it for me. Location of the store is very "tucked away" in the mall.

My experience was great; however, I think there should be more options for tourists who wish to buy souvenir charms. There was only one charm at the store that I could take back home as a souvenir.

Apparently the employee was new on the job. But overall everything was ok.

Well when I walked in to the actual Pandora no one was there to greet me there were there but knowing acknowledge that I actually walked in walked around the whole entire store and still no 1 said hello then I got to the front and stood in the front and that's when someone says O can I help you so that's not the type of behavior you to get from Pandora so that is not satisfied that why

There was a huge line for waiting the sales associates that were bussy. In my opinion they do need extra help.

I was satisfied. I will shop here again. I like my charms.

It was my first time in the store to me it was not expected how everyone I know described it I mean the store is nice I just think it's a little overrated

I love pandora, but most of the time all sales persons at Aventura Mall are so unhappy and mad for their own reasons and you can feel it. They like a robots smiling you but you clearly feel their indifference...
