Bought 2 charms for my 14 treat old birthday. Spent $90. Wish there were more $25 or $30 charms.

I specifically went in for your 30% last chance sale and several of the items I requested were no longer in stock. I was told they were pulled or discontinued and when I asked to check other locations none were found in Florida even though they were in your Ad. I ended up with two items I wanted and two I hadn't gone in for and 5 or 6 that weren't available. That is why I wasn't highly satisfied.

Not with the experience really I just didn’t find what I specifically went to the store for I’ve been told that it’s either it’s discontinue or it’s a seasonal item

This Pandora at Aventura Mall was very help. The clerk was very accommodating in discussing the problem I had with a Bangle and was very helpful in getting the information I needed to fix the problem. She was also extremely helpful in explaining how a chain worked and showing me the new collection.

SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT

I have lost 2 charms to my reflections collection the charms are popping off I have purchased a safety chain and it doesn’t help I am losing money on this collection

there were produts that i was looking for and they didnt have in stock or just retired and it really made me unsatisfied
