Hoping to exchange bracelet from a gift set to a bangle bracelet

I would love to go into a Pandora store and look in the display cases for a charm that caught my attention. I was surprised to see this store does not display the charms any longer. The sales associate was very helpful, asking me appropriate questions to get a feel for what I was looking for. I did not know what I was looking for, I wanted to see charms than decided. Suzanne handed me a catalog, which helped, but not as fun as looking. I pointed out a few options. she was efficient in presenting them to me. She knew the prices when asked. I bought 2 charms. I opened a Pandora CC so that I could receive a 10% discount. I just noticed on my receipt the discount was not given. Please adjust payment outstanding to reflect the 10% discount.
