I was not highly satisfied because I had to wait in line for over an hour just to get in the store and get assistance on my purchase.

The lines were pretty long and so the associates does not have enough time to cater, however she was very friendly.

Line to go into the store was long. This store should be bigger and have more employees according do the high demand.

I was satisfied, only thing if client expend more then $180.00 dollars you guys should give some free gift, after all everything was okay.

The only reason that my experience wasn't perfect was because there was a line outside of the store and all the clients had to wait. I waited more than 30 minutes. I was the next in line and I asked for one of the ladies to go inside to see the options that were available. The lady, who probably wasn't a saleswoman, wasn't friendly. I almost decided to not buy anything because of her. However, the lady who helped me was amazing, kind and attentive.

The store manager was rushing the sales representative all the time.

Visited the store on cyber Monday ad had to wait in line to be served. Wasn't able to walk around much in the store but the attendant served my needs to what I asked for. Didn't have opportunity to browse comfortably.

I just wish that there was more of a section of charms available in the rose gold and yellow gold and even the solid gold.
