I am a size 64 ring, and unfortunately there was not a lot of choice which is unfortunate as I live panora and I am willing to spend a lot on rings. I would suggest making a few more choices for bigger sized rings and also some discounts would be nice

There was no sales assistant available for a period of time, the workers at the store ignored us for about 10 mins without asking if we needed assistant or not.

The long lines for over 3 hours. The sales representative didn't have knowledge of the items. The stock was very low.

Because they sold me a charm that was damaged and I almost loose it few hours later I left. I came back the day after that and they replaced it.

I love pandora the only thing is that the charms are overpriced... it wouldn't want to pay more for the charms then the bracelet

I was in the store attempting to buy a bracelet for me and my daughter. I tried to buy several charms, but you were out of stock. I tried to redeem your “free” bracelet offer, but you didn’t have my size. When I asked the Asst. . Manager if I could just get two additional charms, and pay the difference in price between the charms and the bracelet, he said he couldn’t authorize this transaction. I was surprised since I applied for your credit card, and was spending $400. Surely, an exception could be made. If my husband hadn’t insisted we just complete the purchase with this Pandora store, I was ready to walk out. I couldn’t believe he couldn’t figure out that the “sale” is the goal, and we have to think out the box sometimes to get it done. Very disappointed in this store. As I mentioned before, I was willing to spend more, but your merchandise was very limited!
