I didnt find the charms that i was looking for

The sales ladies were really nice just nothing above average to rate high satisfied

The only reason I wasn’t satisfied was the salesperson, Veronica. She wasn’t approachable meaning she didn’t even greeted me when I followed my mom to buy what I bought. Also Veronica looks like she wasn’t happy with what she’s doing. We can tell that she’s tired not even telling us anything about the product. It was a cold transaction, no connections at all. This is the first time I’ve experienced this in pandora store.

They didn't have the charms I wanted but I buy a other one, the quality of the products is realy good.

Visiting and the salespeople act like they was not very knowledgeable about the inventory in the store..

The store itself was a bit crowded, and a lot of the merchandise was not available. I had to wait to be helped, and the customer service was alright.

The store location is small which compromises the ease of moving about the store easily
