No me encantó quien me atendió.

I was disappointed that the charms and safety chains I wanted were out of season or no longer available.

Well it really wasn't a problem but i called aheadbof time to see if they had an item and they did then i let the sales lady know i only had 15 mins so she understood and she said it would be ready and all i had to do was pay. I came they held the item but i still had to wait for a sales lady to ring it up and bag it up luckly she waa fast and i didnt go over my time.

There was no one indicating that all associates were busy or there was a line, that we had to put our name on a list. An associate was not very eager to show and help set up the bracelets

I noticed a promotion for the shine collection after paying. My purchase qualitied me for this promotion and of the 4 sales associates I spoke with beforehand no one mentioned it to me. :(

I was completely satisfied with my experience. I had no issue at all. All the sale associates were friendly and patience.

A little slow at checkout

I was waiting a long time until the associates found the merchandise.

Not highly satisfied because I wasn't given a bracelet out of a plastic bag. It almost looks like its been worn before.
