Took to long to get into the store on Valentine’s Day had to wait an hr to get what I already knew I wanted but the staff and the host and manager are amazing though

When I walked in, I was greeted by happy employees who made me feel welcomed. My sales associate was very nice and knowledgeable on the products. The store was very crowded but they helped me in s timely fashion, it was professional and non rushed.

store is nice, but way too small so its difficult to have a chance to see all of the merchandise

They last too much time to atend us

Upon arrival, I had to wait about 20 minutes before I was attended. It was early morning on a weekday so the store was not very full. There seemed to be more than enough staff members, I think some of them were new and that may have been the issue. I would have liked to have been acknowledged sooner instead of being able to walk around the whole store and make eye contact with sales reps without any acknowledgment.

I asked for a specific earrings . the rep said they were discontinued and they were not

I am visiting miami, have started to collect pandora charms, i think the names on charms make them look tacky so have decided to choose a different charm that will remind me of my holidays.

The store is too small

The store is very small with few workers and due to the holiday we had to wait outside of the store on a long line, days before there were long lines. I understand it's the holiday; however no other store was like that after Christmas. Items that were not on sale were not in stock. You need a bigger location in Aventura with more people and a larger stock for the holidays with a wider range of sales. thanks
