The store is wayyyyy too small. ThI wait just to get inside is ridiculous then once you’re in you can barely move around. The sale associate was great

The Store is pretty small, they only could take a few customers at a time, They didn't have any of the Merchandises in stock that I was anticipating for so I had to settle for other Items which left me very dissatisfied.

I was satisfied. I had to wait 2 hours in line. There were only 3 associates working for such a big mall.

I ordered my mom's gift online and it didn't fit and store manager at Aventura mall held a size for me in the safe. She was super kind and very professional.

I went to the store with something I wanted in particular. The sales person shared that she did not have it in the store. I asked if she could order for me, but said no. She told me I could go check another store. I asked which one, and she just started rattling off names.

Line was not too long, but was taking a very long time waiting. Also from my first two options they did not have it. Angel of Love and the new ring witha heart
