It took me a feel minutes to get assistance while the sales woman were talking about another customer. 2 things that I was looking for weren't available. I've spent a reasonable amount (in my opinion) and didn't get any discount or gift. I know you used to have a lot of special offers but I wasn't luck on the day I've visited the store.

I was happy with my purchase. My purchase was quick and smooth. I skimmed thru book picked and paid.

Sale person new. She did not know much about prices & products

There were no greeters , employees were busy and not sure as to where to wait and go to. However, I didn't wait to long before I was asked if I needed assistance, and the store was out of your merchandise books.

The young lady that assisted me at the Aventura store was unpleasant with her body language and tone. I was already frustrated because I had to replace the charm my significant other purchased for Christmas due to it becoming detached from the bracelet. When asked why/how did it happened she tells me it was his fault because he did not put in on correctly. When it fact it was the salesperson fault because he/she was the one who placed the charm on the bracelet. When I express this, the young lady rolled her eyes as she walked away.

There were 2 associates taking care of me. One was a new associate learning the processes and the other was the one showing the process to the new one. The new associate was very kind and respectful, but the other associate was pushing me to what she wanted even though I already knew what I wanted. During the process I believe the manager came in and started having an ego fight with the associate on who was going to taking care of me and who knew more of the products.

The lady was super friendly and helpful helping me to find the right Accesoires for my bracelet and helping me to match the charms, but her manager was so stressed that I took to much time and kind of bothered. The lady was very embarrassed any time he came and she was telling me no worries you can take your time choosing your items! I’ve been shopping from pandora in different places in Europe but this is the first time I saw a manager like that, he literally said I should take you out from here! Big up to the ladies working there and good luck for them seeing this kind of manager everyday. I will never recommend anyone to go to that store!

It was terrible I came to get a pandora bracelet for myself finally but I had a budget in I really like two different ones. But I guess the person got frustrated that I didn’t like one of the other. So she rudely insisted I get a charm “that said mom” in I was like :/ this is for me not my mom but idk .Overall 1
